COPPER MOUNTAIN IRON CHEF TEAM BUILDING CHALLENGE

Copper introduces our new corporate team building cooking class, which is fun, interactive and immediately produces measurable results.

Improve communication and listening skills...develop stress relief tools...enchance a winning attitude...learn how to achieve objectives...enhance creativit...build  trust and teamwork

The Iron Chef challenge is a 'black box' 1 hour team competition, whereby each team has 15 minutes to discuss and decide on the menu item(s) they will create with the 'black box" ingredient (s).  Sample 'secret ingredients' are:  prawn, chicken, orange, lamp beef, mushrooms, etc.

Teams have 45 minutes to cretae the dishes using the secret ingredient (s), after which they must present their dish(es) to a panel of judges who will determine 'who reigns supreme".

After the challenge, the group will enjoy a gourmet 3-course meal, prepared by our advanced Copper Mountain Culinary Team.

Each competitior will receive a Copper Mountain Culinary Team Building apron, which they can take home after the event.

Cost is $125 per person and includes the following:

1. Iron Chef Challenge with Facilitator(s).  (Duration 1.5 hours)
2. All supplies and ingredients
3. Prize for each member of the winning team and special prize for the Project Manager of the winning team
4. Silver Package. 3-course plated dinner menu prepared by our Copper Mountain Culinary Team (appetizer, choice of entrees, dessert).  (Duration 2 hours)
